Response to Covid-19

The health and wellbeing of residents, staff and visitors to our community is an absolute priority.

Our focus is on ensuring residents can continue to be able to access the services they need during this period. We continue to closely monitor the current situation and are keeping up to date with the State Government health directives. We are working on evolving the ways we can provide ongoing support and whilst access to communal areas and activities is limited, we are exploring different options that ensure our residents stay social and connected.

We’ve introduced a number of measures, in line with current NSW government restrictions to help keep everyone safe including:

  • Wearing of face masks
  • Strict compliance of hygiene practices and increasing the frequency of our cleaning procedures of communal and public areas
  • Establishing hand sanitiser stations
  • Putting in place measures to encourage social distancing
  • QR Code check-in at the village office

These measures are updated as restrictions and advice changes.

Visiting from outside the village
We understand the importance of staying connected at this time and ensuring essential services/visits are still accessible. For those who do visit, we ask that thorough hygiene practices are followed and the guidelines below are adhered to.

For prospective residents, we are offering personalised tours inline with COVID safe practices – to book a personalised tour, contact us here.
